Level Up Your Gaming Setup with 3D Printed Controller Stands and Cable Combs

A gaming desk is a personal space, and the difference between "a desk with a PC on it" and a setup people photograph is usually a handful of small, well-fitting accessories. 3D printing is how you get those accessories in the exact size, colour and theme you want. Cable combs are usually modelled to the exact cable diameter, because a comb that is 0,3 mm too loose slips and one 0,3 mm too tight will not close. Tell us the cable spec and we will size it.

Wrist rests, palm rests and keycaps

Printed keyboard wrist rests can be sized to a 60 %, 65 %, TKL or full-size board, and finished with a smooth top coat. Resin printing makes custom keycaps with tiny details: a character face on the Escape key, a logo on the spacebar. These are small, high-detail pieces, so we print them in resin rather than filament, as explained in FDM vs resin printing.

Material and durability

Stands and risers carry weight, so we print them in PETG with a higher infill, or in PLA with thick walls for lighter items. A headset stand needs a wide base so it does not tip; a monitor riser needs enough wall thickness to hold a heavy screen. We size those for you. Small figurines and keycaps are resin for detail. Everything is sanded smooth where your hands touch it.

What it costs

A cable comb or a simple clip is a small print; a two-controller stand or a monitor riser is a bigger job. A painted figurine takes longer because of paint drying time. The price depends on size, material and finish, so send us a photo of the desk and a wish list.
