  1. Step 1: Tell us what you want

    Typical time: 5 minutes

Write a message with what you need: a finished 3D file, a link to a model you found, a photo of something to replicate, or a rough idea in words. Add the approximate size, how many pieces and when you need them. There is no wrong way to start.

    What to send

    • STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file
    • or a link to the model
    • or a photo and a sketch
    • desired size, quantity and deadline

  2. Step 2: We check the model

    Typical time: Same day

We open the file in a slicer and check that it is printable: closed surfaces, wall thickness, overhangs, whether it needs splitting. If there is no file yet, we discuss whether the idea needs custom modelling and what that involves.

    What to send

    • nothing; we come back with questions if any

  3. Step 3: You get a quote and a timeline

    Typical time: Within 24 hours

The quote lists material, technology (FDM or resin), layer height, finish and the print time behind the number. If the budget is tight we suggest what to change: a lighter infill, a larger layer or a simpler finish.

    What to send

    • your choice of material, colour and finish

  4. Step 4: Printing

    Typical time: Hours to days

Small parts print in a couple of hours, a large helmet or a multi-part book nook can take days. Large models are printed in sections that are later joined. We send a photo when the print comes off the bed.

    What to send

    • nothing; sit back

  5. Step 5: Post-processing

Typical time: 1 to 5 days

Supports are removed, seams cleaned, parts glued and pinned. If you ordered a finish, the model is sanded, primed and painted. Resin prints are washed and cured. Every piece is inspected before packing.

    What to send

    • reference images for painted pieces

  6. Step 6: Delivery or pickup

Typical time: 1 to 3 days in Kazakhstan, 1 to 4 weeks abroad

Pickup in Almaty, courier across Kazakhstan, or international shipping on request. Fragile pieces are packed in foam and double boxes. You receive a tracking number and a photo of the packed order.
