01Services Provided
We provide professional 3D printing (FDM and Resin), custom 3D modeling, and post-processing services. Each project is subject to technical feasibility and material availability.
02User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate 3D models or design requirements. Fantasy Lab 3D is not liable for structural failures caused by poor design provided by the customer. Payment terms are discussed individually for each project.
03Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the 3D models you provide. For custom modeling work performed by Fantasy Lab 3D, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
04Limitation of Liability
Fantasy Lab 3D's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of printed items.
05Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty.
