These terms apply to the Fantasy Lab 3D website and to orders placed with the studio. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Services
We provide FDM and resin 3D printing, custom 3D modelling and post-processing (sanding, priming, painting). Every order depends on technical feasibility and material availability. Price, materials and timeline are agreed individually before work starts.
Your files and intellectual property
By sending us a file, link or reference, you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it reproduced (for example, a licence that allows printing or a design you created).
We print third-party models for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless you show us a licence that permits commercial use.
We do not reproduce trademarks, logos, official characters or merchandise of other companies for resale, and we may decline any order that appears to infringe someone else's rights.
We also decline orders for weapons, weapon parts, items imitating official documents or anything prohibited by the law of Kazakhstan.
You keep all rights to the files you provide. For custom modelling we perform, rights pass to you after full payment unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files, dimensions and requirements you provide. We are not liable for failures caused by a design supplied by the customer. 3D printed items have material-specific limits on heat, load and food contact; we explain them on request and in our guides.
Bestiary entries describe creatures from public-domain mythology and folklore. References to games, films, books and anime are descriptive and for information only.
All trademarks mentioned (including Warhammer, The Lord of the Rings, Warcraft and others) belong to their owners. Fantasy Lab 3D is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.
We check our content against the sources listed in it, but it is general information, not professional, engineering, medical or legal advice. Calculator results are estimates.
If an article links to a shop as an affiliate partner, the link is marked as such. We currently have no paid placements.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of printed items or of information on the website, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Almaty, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
